Job Description

Visit customers at homes, offices, and facilities to understand requirements, prepare customized garden/landscape plans, provide quotations, negotiate, and convert leads. Assist in selling to walk-in customers. Guide and train the gardener team in implementing garden setups or makeover projects. Execute online and offline marketing campaigns. Assist in organizing events related to gardening, festivals, garden-themed parties, workshops, and webinars. Participate in promotional activities, sales initiatives, and other business growth activities as required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate from a recognized college. 2+ years of experience in field sales (any industry). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Must own a 2-wheeler.
