Position Overview



We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven

Sales & Marketing Executive

to join our construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and promoting our construction and interior services through effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Business Development

Identify and generate new leads through field visits, networking, and digital platforms. Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present company services. Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Marketing & Branding

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's projects and services. Manage digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create and distribute promotional materials, brochures, and advertisements. Organize events, site visits, and promotional activities to attract clients.

Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Gather client feedback to improve services and marketing approaches.

Market Research & Strategy

Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive trends. Suggest innovative strategies for brand positioning and lead generation. Track and report sales and marketing performance metrics

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 2-5 years of experience in

sales/marketing (preferably in real estate or construction industry).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and MS Office. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Knowledge of construction services and customer requirements is an added advantage.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
