Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities
Lead generation through digital, referral, channel partner, and event-based efforts.
Handle customer inquiries, site visits, and product presentations (real estate, prefab homes, co-living units).
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and drive monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate end-to-end sales process: lead visit follow-up closure documentation.
Conduct market research to identify potential buyers, pricing trends, and competition.
Onboard and manage channel partners/brokers for project marketing and lead flow.
Prepare and maintain sales MIS reports, forecasts, and conversion metrics.

Marketing Responsibilities
Execute marketing campaigns across digital (Google Ads, Meta Ads), offline (hoardings, flyers), and events (launches, expos).
Work with internal/external designers for marketing collaterals - brochures, videos, banners.
Coordinate with digital marketing team for lead generation campaigns, SEO, social media content.
Conduct and assist in events - project launches, site visits, investor meets, and exhibitions.
Manage CRM tools for lead tracking, nurture campaigns, and analytics.

Customer Relationship Management
Maintain high-quality customer experience - prompt responses, clear communication, post-sale support.
Collect customer feedback and relay to management for product/service improvements.

Assist in documentation - booking forms, KYC, agreement drafts (in coordination with legal/CRM).
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree (MBA Preferred) - Sales, Marketing, Business, or related.
2-5 years experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Premium Sales roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce), MS Office, and digital marketing basics.
Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred).
