Job Summary:



We are looking for a

highly motivated Sales & Marketing Executive

to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility. This role involves

identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing marketing strategies

to promote our products/services. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities:



Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs. Present and promote products/services to prospective customers. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Marketing Responsibilities:



Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness. Manage promotional activities such as print ads, brochures, and events. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors' strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials. Maintain an active presence on social media and local business directories. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to improve effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

(Diploma holders with experience may apply).

1 year of experience

in sales and marketing. Strong knowledge of

B2B and B2C sales strategies

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and marketing software

.

Valid driver's license

(if required for client visits).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
