Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Convert inquiries into bookings through effective communication.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, walk-in clients, and local partners.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance regularly.
Promote packages, memberships, and seasonal offers to new and existing clients.
Gather client feedback and work with the team to improve service quality.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to boost visibility and sales.
Create engaging content for social media, WhatsApp, emails, and SMS campaigns.
Manage and grow the spa's presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Coordinate with designers and vendors for marketing materials and branding.
Track and analyze campaign performance, prepare reports and suggest improvements.
Organize local promotional events, tie-ups, and outreach programs to attract new customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (preferably in beauty/wellness/hospitality).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in social media marketing and digital tools.
Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer databases is a plus.
Working Hours:
Full-time | 10am to 7pm
Weekends and holidays may be required.
