Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Tattva Lifespaces, an innovative company. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of creativity, communication skills, and a deep understanding of sales strategies. You will play a key role in driving our sales growth while helping to build and strengthen our brand's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase revenue. Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close sales. Maintain and build relationships with potential clients, architects, contractors, and industry professionals. Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, present suitable design solutions, and finalize contracts. Track and report on sales performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Marketing Campaigns:

Create and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target market. Manage social media platforms, website content, and online presence, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and engaging. Develop promotional materials, including brochures, email newsletters, and other digital content. Coordinate events, webinars, and exhibitions to showcase the company's design services and establish brand presence. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Brand Development:

Work with the design team to ensure that marketing materials and proposals are visually aligned with the company's design aesthetic. Help create a strong brand identity and increase visibility through both traditional and digital marketing channels. Collaborate with designers to create case studies and client testimonials that highlight successful projects.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain regular communication with clients, providing them with updates and progress reports. Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Build long-term relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Conduct market research to understand current trends, customer preferences, and competitors' strategies. Keep up to date with industry trends and the latest interior design innovations.

Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3 to 4 of years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the Construction, real estate, or architecture sector. Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work independently. Knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and interior design trends is a plus.
