Role Overview:

We're looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, drive lead generation, manage client communications and support our social media efforts. If you're passionate about building relationships, have a flair for marketing and can communicate fluently in English and Kannada, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Sales Support. Serve as primary liaison for incoming inquiries (email, phone & chat). Qualify leads, schedule discovery calls and follow up to close new business. Prepare proposals, presentations and sales reports.

Social Media & Marketing Coordination:

Monitor and respond to comments, messages and reviews on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Work with the content and design teams to develop campaign materials. Track engagement metrics and share insights to refine our outreach strategy.

Cross?Functional Collaboration:

Coordinate with Web, Design, SEO and Content teams to align deliverables with client expectations. Ensure smooth project onboarding and hand?off between sales and delivery teams. Keep internal stakeholders informed of client feedback and market trends.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 1-2 years in client communication, sales support, digital marketing or a closely related field Language Skills: Excellent spoken & written English and Kannada Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business and social media platforms Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship?building, proactive follow?up and problem?solving abilities Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent preferred Mindset: Self?motivated, target?driven, organized and detail?oriented
