Job Description

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

Education:

Engineering Graduate / B.Sc / M.Sc / MBA in Marketing.

Gender:

Male only local from required location (Ranchi).

Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years in Industrial/Government Sales.

Other Requirements:

Must be willing to travel across India.

Industry Knowledge-

1. Basic understanding of

civil engineering services/products.

2. Knowledge of

contractors, builders, Mining, Railways, Government tenders.

3. Understanding of

client pain-points

like soil issues, foundation problems, material quality issues, etc.

Marketing & Sales Skills-

1. Ability to generate

new leads.

2. Good

communication & presentation skills.

3. Visit reports, meeting reports, follow-up management.
4. WhatsApp / Email drafting, proposal sending.
5. Basic

CRM usage.

6. Understanding of

AIDA and sales funnel

Behavioural Skills

1. Confidence during client visits.
2. Ability to explain technical products in simple language.
3. Time management and task follow-up.
4. Maintaining daily call reports and target sheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
