KRA :
1. Revenue Generation & Sales Performance
Achieving Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for room nights, events, and other hotel facilities (e.g., meeting rooms, leisure facilities, F&B).
New Business Acquisition:
Actively identify and acquire new business opportunities across various market segments, including corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and local businesses.
Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) & Occupancy Rate:
Contribute to the increase of RevPAR and the overall occupancy rate of the hotel/resort.
Average Daily Rate (ADR):
Implement strategies to optimize the average daily rate achieved per occupied room.
2. Client Relationship Management
Building and Maintaining Relationships:
Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Negotiation & Closing Deals:
Effectively negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to finalize sales and maximize profitability.
Site Inspections & Events:
Plan, organize, and host site inspections and familiarization (FAM) trips for clients and potential partners to showcase the property's facilities and services.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by coordinating with other hotel departments (e.g., operations, F&B) to deliver seamless service.
3. Marketing & Brand Management
Developing & Implementing Strategies:
Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies and action plans to drive business growth.
Digital Marketing Management:
Manage and enhance the hotel's online presence, including website content, social media accounts, and digital marketing campaigns (SEO, email marketing, PPC).
Promotions & Packages:
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and promote special packages, events, and incentives to attract guests during low-demand periods.
Brand Awareness:
Protect and promote the hotel's brand image and ensure all marketing collateral is consistent with brand guidelines.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
Prepare and present regular, accurate sales reports and forecasts for senior management review, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI.
Database Management:
Maintain and update client databases and utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for effective e-marketing and client communication.
5. Events & Networking
Industry Representation:
Represent the hotel/resort at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads and enhance visibility.
Coordination of Events:
Assist in the sales and promotion of special events, such as conferences, weddings, and social gatherings.
