The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and managing the entire sales cycle from identifying potential clients to closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, networking, and site visits. Promote property listings through various channels including digital platforms, open houses, and client meetings. Conduct market research to identify property value, customer needs, and competition. Provide clients with accurate information regarding pricing, legal requirements, and market conditions. Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction closures. Build and maintain strong client relationships for future business. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
