The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the company's waste management services, developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring service visibility in the Jalpaiguri region. The role requires field activity, client engagement, documentation handling, and coordination with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and approach hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, laboratories, commercial establishments, and municipal bodies for waste management services.
Conduct field visits to generate leads and convert them into active clients.
Prepare and present company service offerings and pricing structures.
2. Client Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure service satisfaction.
Resolve client issues by coordinating with operations, billing, and support teams.
Ensure timely renewal of contracts and documentation.
3. Documentation & Compliance
Collect KYC documents, agreements, and necessary regulatory papers from clients.
Assist in preparing service agreements, renewal papers, and compliance-related forms.
Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, client lists, and visit reports.
4. Market Research
Monitor competitors and market trends in biomedical and solid waste management sectors.
Identify new business opportunities and potential service gaps.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding of new clients.
Submit daily/weekly visit reports and performance updates to the Marketing Manager.
Support the accounts team in ensuring timely payments and follow-ups.
