Sales & Marketing Executive
to promote our training programs and help students build successful careers.
Key Responsibilities
Promote IT courses through calls, walk-ins, events, and online channels.
Handle student inquiries, provide course counseling, and convert leads into admissions.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase admissions and brand visibility.
Manage social media marketing, digital campaigns, and promotional content.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate partners.
Maintain CRM records, follow up on leads, and achieve monthly admission targets.
Conduct seminars, webinars, workshops, and college outreach activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field.
Experience in
education sector / IT training sales
is preferred.
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of IT courses and market trends (added advantage).
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools.
Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
