Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing professional to drive our sales growth and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the polymers or related industry, with strong strategic planning, client management, and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets. Identify potential markets and new business opportunities. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and branding initiatives. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets regularly. Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team goals. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and services.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in polymers, chemicals, or manufacturing industries. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and close deals. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of polymers and plastics industry and Home appliances products and Rubber Molding. Ability to analyze market data and create effective strategies. Leadership qualities with a proactive approach.
