Identify and engage potential clients to generate leads and close sales for residential and commercial properties.
Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and clients.
Conduct site visits, property presentations, and consultations to address client needs effectively.
Marketing:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects.
Develop and manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertisements.
Collaborate with developers to organize promotional events, webinars, and property events.
Maintain and update marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, and presentations.
Customer Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional client service and follow up with leads to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the CRM system.
Offer post-sales support and build long-term relationships with customers.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of real estate markets and trends.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
