Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to doctors, clinics, corporates, and community centers to promote hospital services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral doctors and partners.
Organize eye camps, health talks, and outreach activities in the community.
Identify new opportunities for tie-ups with organizations and institutions.
Ensure visibility of Dayal Eye Centre through promotional material distribution.
Collect market insights, competitor information, and share feedback with management.
Achieve monthly targets related to referrals and patient footfall.
Report daily activities and progress to the Marketing Manager/Operations team.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in field marketing, preferably in healthcare/hospital industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
