Finalize bookings and secure payments.
Client Coordination:
Act as the point of contact for exhibitors before and during the event.
Share logistical details, guidelines, and stall setup instructions.
Address client queries and resolve issues promptly.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain booking records, agreements, and payment status.
Prepare daily or weekly reports on stall occupancy and revenue.
Layout & Space Planning:
Work with the event team to allocate stalls as per floor plans.
Ensure logical and optimized placement of brands across the venue.
On-Ground Support (During Event):
Help exhibitors with stall setup and logistics.
Coordinate with vendors for stall materials, electricity, branding, etc.
Troubleshoot any on-site challenges.
Post-Event Feedback & Database Management:
Collect feedback from exhibitors.
Maintain and update exhibitor database for future events.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales or client servicing experience
Organizational and planning abilities
Basic knowledge of layout planning or event software (helpful but optional)
Confidence to deal with vendors and clients
