Sales & Marketing Executive

and play a key role in expanding our brand presence and boosting sales.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote hotel rooms, events, and F&B outlets. Identify new business opportunities including corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Execute online and offline marketing campaigns. Handle sales calls, client meetings, and property show-arounds. Track market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies. Work closely with the operations team to ensure guest satisfaction and upselling.
Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hotel or hospitality sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Knowledge of digital marketing and OTA platforms is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
