Roles and Responsibilities:
- Promote the banquet hall for events, weddings, conferences, and corporate bookings
- Identify and engage potential clients through field visits, calls, and digital platforms
- Maintain relationships with event planners, vendors, and agencies
- Handle client inquiries, provide quotes, and follow up for closures
- Achieve monthly sales targets and generate revenue
- Assist in social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Prepare weekly sales reports and market feedback
Requirements:
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable and confident in client interactions
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
