We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken intern to support our client's communication activities through soft calling and soft mailing. This role involves engaging with potential clients, sharing information about our services, and maintaining smooth communication channels to support the sales and marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Do soft calling to share information with potential or existing clients
Draft and send professional soft mails for client communication
Maintain and update client databases
Follow up with leads and schedule appointments when required
Assist the sales & marketing team with basic coordination tasks
Ensure polite, clear, and professional communication at all times
Required Skills:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude
Basic email etiquette and computer skills
Ability to learn quickly and work with the team
Organized and responsible approach to tasks
