Job Description

Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and business directories Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business Present and sell company products or services to potential business clients Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records in a CRM system Analyze market trends and competitor behavior to identify opportunities for increased sales Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads Collaborate with the marketing department to develop strategies and materials to boost lead generation Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
