Job Summary:
The Sales and marketing is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing the sales team, creating strategies to meet sales targets, and expanding the company's customer base. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction to support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new sales opportunities and emerging market trends.
2. Team Management:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet individual and team targets.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to enhance productivity.
3. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify and acquire new clients, fostering long-term relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
