Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the B2B segment. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and pipeline in CRM. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience in

B2B sales

, preferably in [industry/sector]. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools. Target-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
