- Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new leads through field visits, calls, social media, and networking. Promote company products/services to prospective customers. Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and follow-ups to convert leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Support marketing activities such as promotions, campaigns, events, and branding. Conduct market research to understand competitors, trends, and customer needs. Maintain daily sales reports, lead trackers, and communication records. Work closely with the marketing and operations team to achieve monthly targets. Assist in creating marketing content for digital platforms (optional).

Required Skills

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to generate leads and close sales effectively. Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined. Willingness to travel as part of field work.

Qualifications

Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory). Freshers with strong communication skills can apply; experience is an added advantage.
