Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement integrated marketing and sales strategies, conduct market research, and design campaigns.

Sales Execution:

Identify prospects, generate leads, present products, negotiate deals, and achieve sales quotas.

Client Management:

Build and maintain client relationships, answer queries, handle complaints, and gather feedback.

Campaign Management:

Oversee promotional activities, create digital content, coordinate with media, and track performance.

Reporting & Analysis:

Track sales data, analyze performance, and create reports for management.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.

Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, digital marketing, data analysis, and leadership.

Attributes:

Result-driven, organized, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,301.31 - ₹35,208.40 per month

Work Location: In person
