Generate leads through walk-ins, calls, digital platforms, brokers, and referrals
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation to clients
Conduct property site visits and follow up regularly with prospects
Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, accounts, operations) for documentation and booking formalities
