Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies

Candidate Requirements:
? 4-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
? Polymer / Plastic industry experience preferred
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills
? Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
? Willingness to travel for market visits
