Pinsoftek is looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Sales & Marketing Executive
to lead our multi-channel outreach and brand presence. You will be the engine behind our lead generation, managing everything from high-volume digital campaigns (SMS, Email, WhatsApp) to high-touch brand communications and physical exhibitions.
The ideal candidate is a blend of a data-driven marketer and a persuasive communicator who can write compelling blogs one hour and pitch to a major brand the next.
Key Responsibilities
1. Multi-Channel Outreach & Lead Gen
Bulk Campaigns:
Execute and monitor Bulk SMS and Bulk Email campaigns to reach a wide audience.
Social Selling:
Manage LinkedIn outreach, including personalized messaging and networking with key decision-makers.
WhatsApp Marketing:
Curate and manage WhatsApp Group messages to maintain community engagement and drive conversions.
Lead Management:
Promptly handle responses from Digital Ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
2. Content & Digital Presence
Blog Writing:
Research and write engaging, SEO-friendly blog posts that position Pinsoftek as a thought leader.
Ad Oversight:
Assist in monitoring digital ad performance and ensuring the brand voice is consistent across all platforms.
3. Events & Brand Communication
Exhibitions:
Represent Pinsoftek at industry exhibitions and trade shows--from booth setup and networking to post-event lead follow-up.
Brand Liaison:
Act as a primary point of contact for external brands, fostering long-term professional relationships and partnerships
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
1-3 years in Sales, Digital Marketing, or Business Development.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written English skills (crucial for blog writing and brand communication).
Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with CRM tools, Bulk Messaging software, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to analyze campaign responses and pivot strategies to improve ROI.
Versatility:
Comfortable moving between technical backend campaign management and face-to-face networking.
