Role Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive will support business growth by identifying potential customers, promoting products/services, and assisting in sales and marketing activities. This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a career in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through calls, emails, and field visits Support sales team in client follow-ups and relationship building Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations Promote products/services through digital and offline marketing activities Maintain customer records and update CRM data Conduct market research and competitor analysis Achieve assigned sales targets and report daily activities

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts Confidence in interacting with clients Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email)

Preferred Skills

Internship or exposure to sales/marketing Knowledge of digital marketing or social media platforms Local market knowledge is an added advantage

Pay: ₹10,263.45 - ₹20,000.00 per month
