Job Description

A. Sales Activities



Identify and develop new customers in domestic/export markets. Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers for repeat orders. Manage the complete sales cycle: enquiry ? costing ? quotation ? negotiations ? order closing. Maintain updated customer database and sales pipeline.

B. Marketing Activities



Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and price fluctuations. Promote new fabric qualities, designs, and product developments. Organize customer visits, sampling programs, and marketing campaigns. Collect and analyze customer feedback for improvements.

C. Order Execution Coordination



Coordinate with production planning, weaving, processing, and dispatch teams for order status. Ensure timely delivery and resolve customer complaints. Follow up for dispatch documents, payment terms, and post-sales support.

D. Reporting & Documentation



Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports. Maintain enquiry register, quotation records, and order status reports. Update management on sales performance and market situations.

E. Payment Follow-Up



Ensure timely payment collection as per agreed credit terms. Monitor outstanding dues and support accounts team in reducing DSO.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
