Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Meet with potential clients to understand their requirements and present company products/services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and agreements.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending quotations.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
Manage social media pages and assist in creating digital marketing content.
Coordinate with internal teams for branding and promotional activities.
Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and ads.
Track the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports.
Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights for business improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (freshers can also apply if needed).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms is an added advantage.
