Identify and pursue new sales opportunities (retailers, salons, beauty clinics, make-up academies).
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Provide product training and support to store sales staff to improve conversion.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns
