Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and product awareness Promote AAC Blocks, AAC Panels, and related solutions to builders, architects, contractors, and project consultants Conduct market research to identify demand, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities Manage social media, digital content, and basic marketing campaigns Create product presentations, brochures, and marketing materials Generate and nurture leads through field visits, calls, and networking Coordinate with the sales and production teams for client requirements and product delivery Maintain and present reports on marketing activities and lead conversion

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Civil Engineering, or related field 1-3 years of experience in Marketing/Sales (Construction Materials preferred) Understanding of AAC Blocks, Panels, or building materials is an added advantage Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to use social media and tools like Canva for basic creatives Self-driven, confident, and willing to travel locally as required
