Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Generate new leads and convert prospects into clients across both businesses.
Identify cross-selling opportunities for all services offered by group companies.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across both verticals.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations (online/offline).
2. Marketing & Branding
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote all company services.
Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid promotions.
Collaborate with the creative team to design impactful marketing materials (brochures, posts, videos, etc.).
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Organize promotional events, workshops, webinars, and wellness seminars to build brand presence.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain and update customer data using CRM tools; ensure timely follow-ups and engagement.
Resolve client queries efficiently and provide post-sales support.
Gather client feedback and coordinate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Reporting & Analysis
Track performance metrics, lead conversions, and marketing campaign ROI.
Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for management review.
Analyze market data to recommend new business strategies, product positioning, and promotional ideas
.
