is a leading overseas education consultancy helping students pursue higher education abroad. We specialize in student visa services, university applications, and test preparation for IELTS, GRE, and SAT. Our mission is to simplify the study-abroad journey through expert guidance and personalized support.

Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new B2B partners, including education agencies, schools, and colleges. Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with institutional partners. Promote Upskill Overseas' services, training programs, and student visa offerings. Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops at schools/colleges to create brand visibility. Work closely with internal counseling and marketing teams to ensure lead generation and conversions. Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand regional presence. Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and meet monthly B2B targets. Represent the company at education fairs, partner meetings, and networking events.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (education industry preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships and close partnership deals. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork. Good command over English and local languages. Willingness to travel for partner outreach and events

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with reputed overseas education or immigration consultancies. Familiarity with university application and visa documentation portals. Customer service-oriented with a positive and approachable attitude.
