Position Overview

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing initiatives to promote Lilleria Group's projects. This role demands a creative, detail-oriented professional with strong marketing capabilities specific to the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing integrated marketing strategies for project launches and ongoing promotions.

Coordinate with management and sales teams to align marketing activities with business goals.

Plan annual and quarterly marketing calendars.

Generate high-quality leads through targeted campaigns and partnerships.

Work closely with the sales team to support lead nurturing and conversion.

Organize customer meet-ups, site events, property expos, channel partner meets, etc.
