Mobilizer - Skill-Based Program

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, communities, and organizations to promote Promise Academy's skill-based and IT training programs. Generate leads and mobilize students for admissions in various training and internship programs. Explain program details, eligibility, benefits, and career opportunities to students and parents. Build and maintain relationships with local institutions, NGOs, and community leaders to create awareness. Organize and participate in outreach activities such as seminars, job fairs, and awareness drives. Collect and maintain student data, follow up with interested candidates, and ensure enrollment targets are met. Coordinate with the counseling and training team for smooth onboarding of students. Submit daily/weekly reports on outreach, inquiries, and conversions.

Excellent communication and convincing skills Strong networking and relationship-building ability Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools) Preference for candidates with experience in education, NGO, or skill development sectors

Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
