Sales & Business Development:
Identify and target potential customers in the construction, infrastructure, and fabrication industries.
Generate leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through regular field visits.
Marketing:
Promote steel products (TMT bars, structural steel, coils, sheets, etc.) to end users, contractors, fabricators, and builders.
Conduct product presentations and share marketing materials to enhance brand visibility.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events as needed.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve any client issues or complaints promptly.
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery.
Payment Collection:
Ensure timely follow-up for payment collections from clients.
Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding balances.
Coordinate with the accounts team to resolve discrepancies or delays in payments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
