Assist in
retail customer handling
- queries, product details, quotations, and after-sales support
Create engaging posts, stories, and promotional content for online marketing campaigns
Coordinate with the sales & design team for marketing requirements
Maintain basic reports of leads, customer interactions, and sales updates
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Gujarati preferred)
Basic knowledge of social media marketing
Confidence in customer interaction (both online & offline)
Knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
Previous experience in marketing, social media, or Indiamart handling will be an added advantage
Qualifications:
Minimum Graduate (Any field)
Fresher / 1-2 years experience accepted
