Overview:

A young, dynamic sales and marketing executive with at least 4-5 years of experience in the Hotel and Resort industry is sought for by

AAARYARAJ CLUB & RESORTS LLP

in order to increase revenue through the sale and marketing of event reservations, wedding reservations, and resort packages. The person would be responsible for generating sales leads and maximizing sales prospects in order to meet or exceed the financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in active prospecting and lead generation via a range of platforms, such as social media, emails, phone calls, and networking events.

Find and seize sales opportunities for corporate events, group reservations, Wedding Events, Resort packages, and exclusive promos.

Regular follow up with prospective customers and pursue leads to turn them into sales.

Establish and preserve solid bonds with both current and prospective customers.

Recognize the wants and demands of your clients and adjust your sales pitches accordingly.

Conduct tours of the resort facilities for prospective customers and provide detailed information about available options.

Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and client bookings.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.

Skills:

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits

15,000.00 to 25,000.00 Per Month
