Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and submit sales reports to the management.

Requirements:
Minimum
1-3 years
of experience in field sales, preferably in the lighting or electrical industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proactive approach.
Ability to travel extensively within Gujarat.
A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle will be preferred.
