Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events, etc.).
Manage content creation for social media platforms, websites, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics to optimize future initiatives.
Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to align marketing activities.
Maintain the company's CRM and mailing lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Support SEO/SEM and PPC advertising efforts as needed.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in a marketing role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing software/tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot, Meta Ads, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
