Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and performance-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in financial products and investment advisory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling qualified leads, nurturing relationships, and converting prospects into long-term investors in MyProp's real estate offerings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Engagement: Follow up on incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
2. Investor Onboarding: Educate potential investors on MyProp's fractional investment model, answer queries, and guide them through the onboarding process.
3. Sales Closure: Build trust and convert warm leads into committed investors.
4. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with HNIs, retail investors, and financial advisors.
5. Target Achievement: Meet monthly targets for investor acquisition and fund inflow.
6. CRM Management: Update and manage leads, communication history, and sales pipeline on internal systems.
7. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with current and upcoming offerings and investment structures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: 3 to 5 years in sales of financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, PMS, Real Estate or any other investments.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Commerce or related fields. MBA preferred.
Skills
1. Strong communication and persuasion skills
2. Good understanding of investment instruments and financial planning
3. Proficiency in using CRMs and sales tools
4. Trust-building and relationship management ability
5. Mindset: Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable handling investor queries.
