We are looking for a driven and energetic

Sales & Marketing Executive

Your Role

Promote and sell our product range to retail outlets, kirana stores, wholesalers, and local resellers in and around Vadodara Develop and expand our local B2B customer base through field visits and direct interactions Build strong relationships with shop owners and ensure repeat business Execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns tailored to the local market Identify new opportunities, onboard new clients, and regularly follow up to ensure satisfaction Stay updated with competitor activity and share market insights with the internal team Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales records

What You Bring

1+ years of field sales or marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, retail, or distribution Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English Excellent persuasion and relationship-building abilities Good understanding of Vadodara's local market and customer behaviour Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently Basic knowledge of mobile apps, Excel, and sales tracking tools Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
