Job Summary: The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients, and managing sales of Masterbatch and Plastic Sheet products. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge (Science background) and strong field sales skills. Key Responsibilities: Field Sales: Travel within the local area to meet plastic processors, manufacturers, and industrial clients. Lead Generation: Identify and develop new customers for Masterbatch and Plastic Sheet products. Client Relationship: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and handle their requirements/queries. Technical Sales: Explain the technical benefits of our products (color fastness, dispersion, etc.) to potential buyers. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local market trends, competitor pricing, and demand. Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports, client feedback, and order status using computer software (Excel/CRM). Candidate Requirements: Education: B.Sc. (Science) is mandatory (Chemistry or Polymer Science background preferred). Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Field Sales (experience in the Plastic or Chemical industry is a big plus). Local Knowledge: Must have deep knowledge of the local industrial areas and markets. Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and email communication. Communication: Fluent in the local language and basic English. Conveyance: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for field visits.
