Job Description

GenHype Studio (owned by GinEd) is a modern creative studio offering

podcast shoots, portfolio shoots, ad films, profile shoots, and social media management services

. We are looking for a

high-energy Sales & Marketing Executive

to drive client acquisition, manage outreach, and convert leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

outbound calls

to potential clients from various industries (creators, entrepreneurs, influencers, students, brands, startups). Explain GenHype's service offerings such as: Podcast shoots, Portfolio & profile shoots, Ad film shoots , Creator mini shoots and Social media management Convert inquiries into

confirmed studio bookings

. Maintain strong follow-ups with warm leads. Build and manage a

pipeline of potential clients

and maintain CRM or lead sheets. Coordinate with the studio team (photographers, editors, operations). Assist in basic marketing tasks - WhatsApp campaigns, social media outreach, email marketing. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident in

cold calling and pitching

Basic understanding of marketing & sales funnels Ability to explain services clearly and handle client objections Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
