Job Overview:

We are hiring a

Sales and Marketing Executive

with a minimum of

3 years of specific experience in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales through direct, offline marketing and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new sales leads through field visits, cold calling, and industry networking. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients in sectors such as manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to showcase our PEB solutions. Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Prepare and present detailed project proposals and quotations. Coordinate with the technical and design teams to ensure client requirements are met. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of

3 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically within the PEB construction industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong existing network of contacts in the construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is highly preferred. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Coimbatore.
