Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential customers, dealers, distributors, and project sites for business development
Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and market surveys
Promote company products/services to customers through direct interaction
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers
Collect market information on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements
Support sales team in achieving monthly and yearly targets
Coordinate with internal departments for order execution and customer support
Prepare daily field visit reports and submit to reporting authority
Ensure proper brand visibility through banners, brochures, and displays at sites
Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events as assigned
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Ensure timely collection of customer feedback and market inputs
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Strong convincing and presentation skills
Market analysis and customer handling ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM)
Two-wheeler preferred for field travel
Educational Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in field marketing or sales (Freshers can be considered)
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Positive attitude and professional behavior
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
