About the Role
We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our B2B team. This in-office role involves researching potential customers, managing trade inquiries, and executing outreach and marketing initiatives to build relationships and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
? Research potential customers, industries, and market opportunities.
? Manage inquiries from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, ExportersIndia, and similar platforms.
? Execute outreach campaigns through email, phone, and WhatsApp to generate and nurture leads.
? Handle inbound and outbound sales using a consultative approach.
? Track and manage leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closure.
? Use GenAI tools, search engines, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn) for lead research and marketing communication.
? Maintain organized records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
? Draft marketing content such as blogs, website copy, and emailers.
? Coordinate internally for quotations, samples, dispatches, and client support.
? Support monthly lead generation and conversion goals.
Who You Are
? Strong in research, communication, and organization.
? Familiar with GenAI tools, online research, and social media for sales and marketing.
? Able to write clear, professional, and business-focused communication.
? Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about B2B and industrial markets.
