Job Description

:

We are hiring an experienced and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our range of electrical and electronic products, including UPS systems, inverters, batteries, and other power backup solutions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in technical sales, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.

Promote electrical products (UPS, inverters, batteries, etc.) to retail and industrial clients.

Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical specifications to customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.

Coordinate with the technical and service team for product installation and after-sales support.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Marketing or related field.

1-3 years of sales and marketing experience in the electrical/electronics industry.

Good knowledge of electrical systems, power backup products, and energy solutions.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proactive approach.

Preferred:
Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.

Existing network in the electrical market (dealers, contractors, industrial buyers).

Knowledge of local market trends and competitors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?660,000.00 per year
