Key Responsibilities
Visit
schools, colleges, institutes
to promote and pitch training programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, department heads, and management teams.
Conduct presentations, seminars, and awareness sessions for students.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for student enrollments.
Identify new opportunities for partnerships, tie-ups, and outreach activities.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, offline promotions, and lead-generation activities.
Prepare daily visit reports, follow-up details, and sales plans.
Represent the organization at education fairs, events, and exhibitions.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (any stream).
1-3 years of field sales/marketing experience preferred.
Experience in Education Sector is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Willingness to travel frequently to educational institutions.
